24/7 Motorcycle return instructions for Tenerife

Returning your motorcycle outside our opening hours? No problem! Just follow the steps below to securely park the motorcycle and return the keys. Once we've inspected the bike, your deposit will be refunded—provided everything is in order. If there's any issue (e.g. missing fuel or damage), we’ll contact you.

Step 1

Entry to the private parking

You can access the parking area through the barrier gates.

  • From 10:00 AM onward, the barriers will be open in front of restaurant Mesón Castellano.

  • Before 10:00 AM, you can ride around the barrier at the entrance of the parking to enter.

Before leaving the bike, ensure the following:

  • Engage first gear (for manual bikes).

  • For DCT bikes, apply the handbrake.

  • Lock the handlebar.

  • Attach the disc lock and activate the alarm by pressing the button.

  • If there are multiple bikes, try to park them closely together.

  • Take detailed photos or a video of the motorcycle from multiple angles as proof of how it was left in case anything happens after return.
