I rented a couple of bikes recently from Canary Ride and have to say the experience was perfect! From the point of contact they were extra helpful ,service was brilliant , bikes were great and Gran Canaria roads are Epic! Great experience. Highly recommend.Rented a Hornet 750 & some gear; excellent service, staff were very friendly. Will definitely come back - would love to see an R7 option in the future, great roads for it here.Verified
Great bikes Got a new bike in excellent condition. Worth it. They solved a minor damage caused by me during riding very promptly, I got my deposit back on my way back to my hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely my first choice on Gran Canaria 👌Gesamte Abwicklung unkompliziert - Personal sehr freundlich. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen.Byli jsme velmi spokojeni, motocykl Honda NT 1100 byl prakticky nový, skvěle připravený. Ondřej mám vyšel ve všem vstříc, vždy dobře poradil. Za čtyři dny jsme najeli cca 800 km, většinou parádní asfalt, nádherné výhledy. He managed to get a friend to help opening the shop and preparing the bike, such that I could have it when I wanted it. Had the Honda African twin. The bike was in good condition and everything worked flawlessly. Had a look at the other bikes as well. They are quite new modern and well maintained bikes in good condition. If I should rent a bike at Gran Canaria again, I know where I will rent it.I had a great time with my rented motorcycle on Gran Canaria. I really spontaneous rented a motorbike on the Homepage (11:30 online and 13:00 got the motorcycle). The people on Site were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.Porta Mogan ..Cordial Mogan ville apartments I have nothing bad to say about this (in all apart from name) hotel. The place is immaculate clean, from the reception to the swimming pools and poolside to the access to the apartments, to the apartments themselves. Our apartment was a double bed, with kitchen/living room, a large balcony with modern (grey tiled) bathroom, powerful and hot walk in shower with two shower heads. Bath and hand towels provided and changed every other day (with beds made and a tidy up). Kitchen/dinner had kettle,toaster,two ring hob,microwave, under counter fridge with small freezer box and a assortment of plates, cutlery, pans, glasses and small coffee cups. With a table and four chairs. We used it for breakfast and a Sandwich dinner, so great for us. Bedroom,living room had TV,ceiling fans and Aircon (worth the extra in my mind), a pullout sofa bed and two chairs in living room. Balcony had a table,four chairs and two loungers, a pull out dryer hanger, with AstroTurf grass. Both rooms had sliding patio doors onto balcony. Bedroom contained a safe. Hotel pools (that I saw) got cleaned and water tested twice in our stay. Loads of good loungers, life guards at each pool. Again AstroTurf around pool area. We only had breakfast a couple of times but think Travelodge/Premier inn dinning area. The spa was great valve, contains hot tub,sauna, steam room, salt floatation pool, outside jet pool, loungers, and treatment rooms. Staff were lovely, helpful, and a big credit to this place, all said hello and smiled...if your friendly they will be too. Negatives......I didn't have any, but there are over 900 apartments, and some are of course a walk and may involve two separate lefts to get too. As they are staggered up a mountain side. We was in rooms 600 area which was fine for us. Location, opposite the Radisson hotel (Located on the other side of the valley 5 min walk away), 5 min walk down to the cordial hotel. A slow 10 to 15 minutes (ish) to the beach with a extra 3 mins to the harbour (this is the little Venice part you will read about..it's as lovely as it sounds). All down a beautifully, wide, well lighted, tiled, pedestrian walk way, (you do walk down to this area so expect a walk uphill on way back). It's not steep.Got a new bike in excellent condition. Die Motorräder sind größtenteils neuwertig und werden nach jedem Verleih wieder komplett durchgecheckt und gewartet - sehr gut. Die Terminabsprache und Durchführung klappte absolut zuverlässig, und selbst die komplette Fahrerausrüstung vom Helm über Kombi bis zu den Stiefeln und Handschuhen kann man sich vor Ort leihen - vorbildlich. Sogar Topcases etc können geliehen werden; es fehlt an nichts. Bei Canary Ride wird auch Deutsch gesprochen und das gesamte Team ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - absolute Empfehlung! P.S.: Für "Wiederholungstäter" gibt's Rabatt 😉✌🏻Friendly, competent and reliable I rented a motorcycle from Canary Ride – the service perfect, machine in top condition. My first time Enduro and the first time with Honda DCT transmission: frighteningly good! Plus the great and varied landscape with fabulous curves – a dream for every biker. Definitely not my last tour with Canary Ride. Next tour is already planned in Tenerife. Disadvantage: I still urgently need a second machine (Enduro) for home 😜.I will definitely rent from them again! I truly enjoyed every single step of the renting process. The team members are very friendly and helpful. The process of collecting the bike and droping off was very quick and smooth. If I ever need to rent the bike when I'm on Tenerife you can be sure I will come back to Canary Ride Tenerife. The only thing I would suggest is to make it clear what is the exact amount of the deposit when renting a specific bike. When renting Transalp I had no idea if it will be 600 euro, 1000 euro or the 3rd more expensive option. You are being informed about it when collecting the bike. It might be a big problem to somebody with lower limit on their credit card. Still giving 5 stars!I rented a Multistrada and a Hornet from them, and everything was perfect. Bikes were new or really well maintained, the staff was really nice, spoke really good English. The bikes, all from different manufacturers were pretty much as new and gave us oppurtunity to try out different machines. Airport transfers, hotel room bookings, lunches on riding days were all taken care of by Canary Ride which made everything effortless for us. I got great guidance when I enquired and it was easy to book the bike and the equipment I needed.When I arrived everything was ready, helmet and gloves included, I rented jacket and boots. All great quality and perfect for my needs. A map was marked up for me with route advice and though i left that behind I was able to find my way around.I could have used a bit more time in my day but rode out to Pico del las Nieves past Tejeda (too busy for me) then south to the coast. As I was short for time I rode back up the east coast.Drop off was also easy and price was fair, I definitely recommend and would use these guys again.Totalmente recomendable. Me and my friend travelled around Gran Canaria on the best way possible, on two wheels. We came down, and i started to search for a bike rent company. Canaryrides had the best website, so we took a bus from Maspalomas to Las Palmas at day two. We were met by Ondrej, a really nice guy who gave us an almost brand new Kawazaki z900 for two days. He responds fast on questions by mail and phone, wich was valuable since we decided to rent it for two more days, wich went really fine. An amazing experience and service. Die Motorräder und die Helme und was man sonst noch mieten kann sind fast neu und sehr gut gepflegt. BMW GS 900 Ducati Desert Sled Honda Hornet CB750 Ducati Desert X Yamaha Tenere 700 All great bikes. They based in the north of the island the opposite of where I holidayed in the south of the island so was a bit of a slog to ride up the highway and change bikes every 2 days. (A good 2+ hour round trip) If they also had a base in the south of the island as well, that would be perfect 👌Can't praise Canary Ride enough- really good people, an excellent range of bikes at good prices, a hassle-free and thoroughly enjoyable experience.I can absolutely recommend Canary Ride. Good bikes in great condition. Smart set up with phone holders with wireless chargers made exploring the island really easy. Used them twice now and they’re excellent.Ok I have put only 3 because of below story… I don’t mean they have bad bikes or bad service but you need to understand how they work: I send them WhatsApp early October to book a bike for end of October so let’s say 3 weeks ahead. They told me the bike is available.. and highlighted I had to give a deposit at the time of pickup. Also that you shall pick up the bike before 5 pm on Friday. And you can drop the bike on Sunday afternoon… this is good by the way and for me was clear. That’s all. When I arrived in Las Palmas I send a new WhatsApp and then I understand that I need to pay in advance to confirm the booking and also I have to give back the bike before 16h on Sunday otherwise they charge an other day… I was still confused by this message and also busy in a meeting when I received a new message telling me the bike had been booked by an other guy. I was frustrated…So that’s all and I moved to an other place called Valsebikes. But don’t mean Canary ride is bad and they had suggested me alternative bikes. Canary ride has a great choice of bikes and allow to drop the bike back on Sunday… this is a good advantage; just be careful with the pre-booking procedure and Enjoy the island 😉La atencion al cliente espectacular. Nous n’avons que 19 ans et, malgré notre jeune âge, aucun supplément n’a été demandé, ni sur le prix de la location, ni sur la caution. Grâce à la carte fournie par l’employé, nous avons pu faire le tour de l’île et découvrir les plus beaux points de vue ainsi que les meilleurs endroits où s’arrêter. Nous avons parcouru près de 350 km en une seule journée, sans rencontrer le moindre problème. La moto était en parfait état, confortable et fiable. Tout s’est déroulé parfaitement du début à la fin. Si vous cherchez une agence de location sérieuse à Tenerife, je la recommande sans hésiter. We komen zeker nog terug.After renting with Canary Ride from their Gran Canaria branch, it was the obvious choice for renting a motorcycle on Tenerife! Once again, we were not disappointed. The bikes we had rented (2x Honda NX500, Triumph Scrambler 400 and a Yamaha Tracer 7) were ready for us upon our arrival, clean and fueled up. After some formalities we were shown the details of the bikes and sent on our way. The return process was also very smooth without problems. They include a pair of gloves and a helmet in the price, and additional equipment is available for an additional price. There si plenty of parking space in the vicinity, so leaving your car for the rental period is also no problem. Overall, highly recommend due to the friendly service and great choice!Andrzej was very friendly and helpful with bikes, gear, and putting a google maps route on my iPhone. He also speaks Czech and Polish.Schnelle, unkomplizierte Abwicklung, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, natürlich geniale Strecken und gepflegte Bikes.
