Very straight forward and simple with friendly staff. Unfortunately the bike broke down but canary rides sorted me out with a replacement bike straight away with no problems. It didn't interfere with our plans or spoil the trip at all. The roads on the island are incredible and I will definitely be using Canary rides again.Everything went smoothly with Canary Ride. Another thing is to live it with the wind on your face, easily get and also park everywhere (which could be a problem with the car) and enjoy the moment of the ride. Gran Canaria is really a fantastic island to ride a motorcycle on, and especially beautiful right now, as there has been much more rainfall than usual. The island is incredibly beautiful at this moment. I'm attaching a couple of pictures to illustrate this. There is som hidden gems in the mountains, and the food is as always best away from the tourist traps.. From the very first time we came to Canary Ride, we have always felt very well taken care of. The motorcycles are of very high standard, always fully checked technically, and equipped with good tires. Ondrey and his staff is always serviceminded and does this with a smile! I have just returned Ducati Scrambler Desert Sled which I had rented for 5 days. Booking was very easy done online. Pickup was smooth. No paperwork, everything is digital. Bike was ready and in a good shape. Bike was equipped with crashbars and phone holder which is very handy in Las Palmas full of one way streets :) I used my own riding gear so I cannot say anything about this option. But what I can say is that these 5 days on twisty roads of Gran Canaria were great. Motorcycle is the best way how to discover the island if you have driving license of course :) At the same time it is a good training for cornering :D And last point - Canary Ride has Ducati bikes. Highly recommend Gr8 experience, trustworthyReally very kind and nice team wonderful customer service, I was greeted by Katinka in the morning after I had booked 1 day a couple of days before so I commend her and the team for helping me find something suitable at short notice, she was very accommodating in finding the right gear for the day. The deposit was a bit steep and a bit of a shock at first but I found it fair all things considered, T&Cs and logisticals were very clearly explained. Basically, take care, respect,l ook after the bike and the gear provided and all is well! The inspection before and after was also very professional, nothing was missed so there was nothing to worry about. The bike itself with help from the team I picked the BMW F900XR and it is a very nice machine, perfectly cabable on all of the roads around Tenerife! Going up the Teide was not an issue with it's low/midrange torque, plenty comfortable for longer rides aswell. Was also fun to play around with the power modes and the quickshifter! I wish I had more time with it to learn it's true potential but alas my flight was on the next morning. They did provide a phone charger on the bike but I would also pack a power bank just to be safe. All in all I had a wonderful trip and a great experience to see the sights in Tenerife, for the price it is definitely worth it and I will definitely be visiting Katinka and the rest of the team again should I hopefully make a return visit. The roads on the island are amazing, well maintained and the scenery breathtaking. Do not hesitate any longer to rent from them and go on a mop!I rented a Honda NX500 for two days earlier this week, and it was an absolute blast! The booking process was easy and straightforward, as was the pick-up on the day itself. I completed the online check-in, so I was out and about with the bike in under 10 minutes I think. The staff is all very friendly and knowledgable and helpful, also providing you with some routes and tips on the island. The returning process was equally smooth, dropped it off and after everything was found in order, my deposit was returned before I even left the shop. Unfortunately Ondrej was traveling when I wanted to rent a bike. He managed to get a friend to help opening the shop and preparing the bike, such that I could have it when I wanted it. Had the Honda African twin. The bike was in good condition and everything worked flawlessly. Had a look at the other bikes as well. They are quite new modern and well maintained bikes in good condition. The bike was pretty new, fresh tires was been fitted and the guys in the shop where very friendly. The booking of the bike was pretty easy and the delivery to my hotel worked very well. We were thinking about renting a motorbike in Gran Canaria, so we went to Canary Ride, but we were just asking. The guys in the shop were very kind, they told us everything about motorbike rental/prices, insurance. They have a wide range of motorbikes and the motorbikes are no more than 1-2 years old. We also rented the equipment, which was of good quality and the exact dimensions were available. Die Motorräder (F900XR und Scrambler Icon) waren im perfekten Zustand, da gab es wirklich nichts zu bemängeln. Die Insel ist zur Winterflucht bestens geeignet und wir planen schon den die nächste Auszeit und selbstverständlich werden wir wieder bei Canary Ride die Mopeds buchen. When you rent the bike they ask you a 1000 euro deposit as guarantee in case of damage on the bike. Together with the bike they lend the helmet and a couple of technical gloves with no extra costa The motorbike and the equipment provided was in “like new"conditions The bike has been delivered with the fuel tank full and must be returned with the same fuel quantity. Moreover the team kindly gave me some TIPS about the best roads of the Island. Talking about the ride I’ve been on the roads of Teide National Park and I think It as been one of the greatest riding experience of the Life. It would have been nice to have more time to discover other places of the Island. After the ride I bring back the bike in the same conditions as I taken, the next working day they gave me back the guarantee deposit. If I have something to complain, I think that the rent price for that kind of bike Is a little bit high but compared with the wonderful riding experience It can fit. I have to say thank you to Katinka for her kindness and disposabilityHad an absolute blast on the Ducati I rented for two days, the team is super nice and the prices are pretty reasonable in my opinion. Vanaf het moment van reserveren tot de uiteindelijke terugkeer van de motor was de service vlekkeloos. De Ducati V2S Multistrada was in perfecte staat en gaf me een onvergetelijke rijervaring. Katinka gaf een duidelijke uitleg over de verschillende rijmodussen en het aanpassen van de veren, wat mijn rijplezier enorm vergrootte. Bedankt, Canary Ride, voor deze prachtige verhuurervaring.
