Nadat we bij twee andere verhuurders in het dorp niet terecht kon (ze waren dicht terwijl ze op hun website aangaven dat ze open waren) kwamen we hier terecht. Een bedrijf met veel persoonlijke aandacht. Omdat ze dit jaar een nieuwe vestiging hebben geopend in Los Cristianos, beschikken ze over veelal nieuw materiaal. Ich habe mir hier zweimal ein Motorrad geliehen. Einmal war alles perfekt. Beim zweiten Mal musste ich die Abnutzung am Lack durch meinen Tankrucksack ersetzen. Aus meiner Sicht habe ich aber keinen Schaden verursacht. Der Lack war einfach nicht geeignet. Und man wollte das Motorrad quasi wie neu verkaufen. Ist es aber nicht, wenn man es vermietet und dafür Geld bekommt. Schade! Somit wurde es definitiv zu teuer.Bardzo dobry kontakt. Motocykle nowe w dobrym stanie technicznym. Die Buchung und Abwicklung sowie die Organisation vom Flughafentransfer durch die deutschsprachige Jennifer war perfekt. Nach dem ersten Tag wollte die Dame in unserer Gruppe auf ein leichters Bike wechseln, auch das war kein Problem. Die Bikes waren in sehr gutem Zustand. Wir haben schon weltweit Motorräder gemietet, es war noch nie so einfach und gut organisiert wie bei Canary Ride. Keep up the good work!Porta Mogan ..Cordial Mogan ville apartments I have nothing bad to say about this (in all apart from name) hotel.The place is immaculate clean, from the reception to the swimming pools and poolside to the access to the apartments, to the apartments themselves.Our apartment was a double bed, with kitchen/living room, a large balcony with modern (grey tiled) bathroom, powerful and hot walk in shower with two shower heads. Bath and hand towels provided and changed every other day (with beds made and a tidy up). Kitchen/dinner had kettle,toaster,two ring hob,microwave, under counter fridge with small freezer box and a assortment of plates, cutlery, pans, glasses and small coffee cups. With a table and four chairs. We used it for breakfast and a Sandwich dinner, so great for us.Bedroom,living room had TV,ceiling fans and Aircon (worth the extra in my mind), a pullout sofa bed and two chairs in living room.Balcony had a table,four chairs and two loungers, a pull out dryer hanger, with AstroTurf grass. Both rooms had sliding patio doors onto balcony. Bedroom contained a safe.Hotel pools (that I saw) got cleaned and water tested twice in our stay. Loads of good loungers, life guards at each pool. Again AstroTurf around pool area.We only had breakfast a couple of times but think Travelodge/Premier inn dinning area.The spa was great valve, contains hot tub,sauna, steam room, salt floatation pool, outside jet pool, loungers, and treatment rooms.Staff were lovely, helpful, and a big credit to this place, all said hello and smiled...if your friendly they will be too.Negatives......I didn't have any, but there are over 900 apartments, and some are of course a walk and may involve two separate lefts to get too. As they are staggered up a mountain side. We was in rooms 600 area which was fine for us.Location, opposite the Radisson hotel (Located on the other side of the valley 5 min walk away), 5 min walk down to the cordial hotel. A slow 10 to 15 minutes (ish) to the beach with a extra 3 mins to the harbour (this is the little Venice part you will read about..it's as lovely as it sounds). All down a beautifully, wide, well lighted, tiled, pedestrian walk way, (you do walk down to this area so expect a walk uphill on way back). It's not steep.recommends

Unfortunately Ondrej was traveling when I wanted to rent a bike. He managed to get a friend to help opening the shop and preparing the bike, such that I could have it when I wanted it. Had the Honda African twin. The bike was in good condition and everything worked flawlessly. Had a look at the other bikes as well. They are quite new modern and well maintained bikes in good condition. If I should rent a bike at Gran Canaria again, I know where I will rent it.5 days with two well serviced motorcycles + 1200 curvy kilometers on Tenerife and Gran Canaria = 2 very happy bikers (-: Canary Ride gets a 5/5 and a 100% recommendation, Katinka from the Tenerife office even deserves a 10/5!Personale cordiale e disponibile. I rented KTM duke 390, bike was with 50000 kilometers on odometer, but in perfect working conditions with no issues.Exploring Gran Canaria and Tenerife on a motorcycle We spent 10 days exploring 2 of the Canary Islands on a Ducati Multistrada rented from Ondrej and it was a great and memorable experience which I highly recommend.Bike was in perfect condition and Ondrej was very helpful and accommodating. He provided valuable information regarding places to see, suggested routes to take and even let me use a smaller bike for a day so I can really enjoy the twisty roads!Excellent Hire, bike was well maintained and did everything it should. Staff were friendly helpful and enthusiastic. Rides were awesome and super technical.Well maintained motorcycles and very organised staff. The owner is helpful with route planning and gives good suggestions on where to ride. I can highly recommend this place! Einwandfreier Zustand der Motorräder und problemlose Kommunikation mit Ondrej. Canary Ride ist etwas kompliziert zu finden im Strassengewirr von Las Palmas - also lieber etwas Zeit mitbringen. Unterschätzt hatten wir auch die niedrigen Temperaturen im Dezember abends im Landesinneren (ca. 10 Grad); also nicht am Thermofutter sparen ! Ansonsten sind die Strassen irre und auch nach 900 km in 1 Woche kannten wir noch nicht jede Ecke der Insel. Absolute Empfehlung !Wir haben jetzt schon das zweite Mal über Canary Ride unsere Bikes gebucht (Empfehlung kam damals über YT von 1000PS). Alles lief wie gewohnt zuverlässig und professionell. Vielen Dank noch einmal für den Top Service und die Super Bikes. I live in las palmas and have little use for a mode of transport in my day to day life- but when my friends visited one weekend last month, we decided to rent some bikes to explore the island a little more. The first thing that impressed me was that Ondřej has an expansive knowledge of the island (him being a foreigner, I was honestly surprised); he gave us multiple ideas of routes we could take with important points of interest ranging from great coffee, beautiful views, to delicious food. I realized that the reason his recommendations were so useful and unique was because these aren’t just things he has found from asking locals, but rather, these are the things he likes to do himself. We ended up riding around the north west part of the island and had an amazing time. Total price was under 600 euros. Guys at the shop were nice and helpfull, they gave me great trip recomendations. 600 euro deposit refunded the day I returned the bike. Canary ride made the fantastic service for us. we enjoyed every ride, moment and mileage. And even every coffee stop, and the food was carefully chosen, hence culinary feast was amazing. I can only highly recommend :).I have used Canary Ride twice now and both experiences have been excellent. My most recent trip was with a mate and we both booked Triumph 400’s (Scrambler and Speed Twin) which were ideal for exploring Gran Canaria’s steep, twisty mountain roads. The hire process was straightforward - we reserved our bikes online and paid a 50 percent deposit, paying the balance when we collected the bikes. Everything ran smoothly and both bikes were ready with full tanks of fuel on the agreed day. Staff are friendly and helpful and were able to suggest places of interest and good roads to ride on the island. All the bikes have phone holders with wireless charging, making it easy to use Google Maps on your phone to find your way around. Vanaf het moment van reserveren tot de uiteindelijke terugkeer van de motor was de service vlekkeloos. De Ducati V2S Multistrada was in perfecte staat en gaf me een onvergetelijke rijervaring. Katinka gaf een duidelijke uitleg over de verschillende rijmodussen en het aanpassen van de veren, wat mijn rijplezier enorm vergrootte. Bedankt, Canary Ride, voor deze prachtige verhuurervaring. Highly recommended.Really very kind and nice team wonderful customer service, I was greeted by Katinka in the morning after I had booked 1 day a couple of days before so I commend her and the team for helping me find something suitable at short notice, she was very accommodating in finding the right gear for the day. The deposit was a bit steep and a bit of a shock at first but I found it fair all things considered, T&Cs and logisticals were very clearly explained. Basically, take care, respect,l ook after the bike and the gear provided and all is well! The inspection before and after was also very professional, nothing was missed so there was nothing to worry about. The bike itself with help from the team I picked the BMW F900XR and it is a very nice machine, perfectly cabable on all of the roads around Tenerife! Going up the Teide was not an issue with it's low/midrange torque, plenty comfortable for longer rides aswell. Was also fun to play around with the power modes and the quickshifter! I wish I had more time with it to learn it's true potential but alas my flight was on the next morning. They did provide a phone charger on the bike but I would also pack a power bank just to be safe. All in all I had a wonderful trip and a great experience to see the sights in Tenerife, for the price it is definitely worth it and I will definitely be visiting Katinka and the rest of the team again should I hopefully make a return visit. Once again, it was a blast.This year after crashing and damaging motorbike, we were aided at crashsite by one of employes and after that guided trough the process of insurance. I have not been shamed nor made feel that this unpleasantness should ruin my vacation. Riding motorbike is life with all pros and cons and at CanaryRide they know it.Best experience!! We rent 5 bikes for a off road trip in Fuerteventura. Everything planned and scheduled! The tickets from Gran Canaria, the accommodation in a great place, meals, restaurants and of course the bikes! Amazing!A 'must do' for anyone who can ride a motorbike Spent a week on Gran Canaria with my family but rented out a bike for one of the days. It was the best day i've had on the island. I got the tracer 700 which was a much lighter bike than im used to but it turned out to be the perfect bike for the roads along the west of gran canaria. There are a lot of twists and turns so some experience is needed. The views are amazing and its great to get away from the touristy areas. The bike was in perfect condition, no fuss, helmet and gloves provided were fine.Toller Service, tolle Maschinen sehr gepflegt, unbedingt empfehlenswert.Rented a couple bikes for 24hours and collected on a sunday. Pick up and drop off was seamless. Super clear policies. Very much recommend!Alles perfekt. Super Bikes Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.Rented Yamaha Tenere 700 for two weeks. Easy reservation and friendly service. Rented a GoPro as well as the island is simply beatiful. Pros: Great service, good prices, great new bikes - nice selection. Repetiremos sin duda!!!Can't fault them I called canary ride initially from the uk & spoke to Katinka She text me all the info within the time she said she would. They turned out to be a 10 min walk from our hotel. Katinka even went to a competitor for us to find out about hiring a motor bike for my son who only had an A1 licence. From start to finish they & Katinka were absolutely bang on. I can not fault them for anything, she even waited after they had finished for the day for me to bring the bike back as we were a little late returning. The bikes they have are all in very good condition & they have all the clothing at very good prices Hire in confidence from them. I definitely will again when im back in Teneriff next time.Load more
