Good quality bikes Today we rented 2 bikes... And we were very happy with the choice of this company! Very good quality, jacket and helmet included... And in the mountains you defenetly need this jacket!! Sunny at the beach and sometime rain on top.Please believe me... This island is awesome to discover by motorcycle (and quite safe traffic!!). You go to places you would never go by bus or car. We did a tour trough the mountains and a stop in Agaete to visit the coffee plantation (finca los castaños)Enjoy your ride!Trustable place and professional personnel. They speak good english! I highly recommend renting a bike and spending at least 1-2 days in the mountains. You will be positively suprised: even the smallest roads are in good condition. Bike was like new, people were really friendly and the service was amazing. From first contact up to the drop off everything was fine.
The bike was pretty new, fresh tires was been fitted and the guys in the shop where very friendly. The booking of the bike was pretty easy and the delivery to my hotel worked very well. The prices are not cheap, but the package is worth it. Next time i like to rent again at canary ride.Very friendly staff, smooth bike pick up and clear instructions. Canary Ride hadde stor utvalg av forskjellige sykler. Mange Adventure sykler. Siden jeg er ikke så høye man så passet scrambler veldig fint for meg. Skulle ønsker canary ride hadde flere lave sykler og kanskje en ducati monster.For me Its the best motorbike rental. Bike was fantastic ready, I didn't book online, becouse I don't like that. But I conctact Ride by whats up.. All went just great. They book for me even taxi directly from aeroport to rental. In Ride was all in friedly process. Guys, you doing really nice work there. Einfache Reservierung. Motorrad in Top Zustand. Sehr empfehlenswert!Eine Woche Urlaub auf Teneriffa gebucht, was macht „mann“ da? Na klar man leiht sich ein Motorrad für sechs Tage. Bei Canary Ride konnte ich das schon vor Antritt der Reise, online erledigen. Also war ich sehr rechtzeitig, um nicht zu sagen zu früh, im Laden, wurde sehr freundlich empfangen und der Rest der Ausleihe war auch schnell erledigt. Dann konnte ich auch die frisch überprüfte Honda Hornet Modelljahr 2023 übernehmen. Leider hatte sich schon jemand selbst überschätzt und das neue Bike hatte schon Blessuren. Dafür konnte Canary Ride natürlich nichts und das Bike war vollständig fahrtüchtig. Also bin ich mit dem 2 Zylinder sechs Tage kreuz und quer über Teneriffa geknattert. Insgesamt eine absolute Empfehlung, nicht nur für Canary Ride, auch für die Insel. Perfekte Straße, kaum Kfz Verkehr auf den Strecken die Calimoto eingeschlagen hat . Dafür Kurven, Kurven und Serpentinen, eine jagt die nöchsten und immer wieder durch neue Landschaften und zu spektakulär Aussichten! Fast meint man, man fährt bei Mariocart durch den Windpark 😂 Canary Ride, perfekter Job, vielen Dank!Great service, great motorbike and incredible place to visit in the island.Eine Honda 750 Hornet für einen Tag ausgeliehen. Buchung, Ausleihe und Rückgabe liefen problemlos. Allerdings muss man damit rechnen, dass man jedenfalls im Dezember morgens um 9:00 Uhr etwas anstehen muss. Faszinierend, wie Ausleihe und Rückgabe in Windeseile auf der engen Stadtstraße vor dem Laden abgewickelt werden. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es ein Parkhaus und gegenüber von dessen Eingang einen guten Coffee Shop. Positiv: der Leihhelm hat erstaunlich gut auf meinen 2XL-Kopf gepasst. Empfehlung: Fahrt zum Roque Nublo mit Stopp in Tejeda.I will definitely rent from them again! I truly enjoyed every single step of the renting process. The team members are very friendly and helpful. The process of collecting the bike and droping off was very quick and smooth. If I ever need to rent the bike when I'm on Tenerife you can be sure I will come back to Canary Ride Tenerife. The only thing I would suggest is to make it clear what is the exact amount of the deposit when renting a specific bike. When renting Transalp I had no idea if it will be 600 euro, 1000 euro or the 3rd more expensive option. You are being informed about it when collecting the bike. It might be a big problem to somebody with lower limit on their credit card. Still giving 5 stars!I cannot say enough good things about Canary Ride. Rented a bike for 5 days to explore Gran Canaria for the first time. The bike was perfectly maintained: cleaned and inspected between every rental, and it shows. The island is an absolute motorcyclist’s paradise with never ending turns in ever changing landscapes. Von der ersten Minute an Freundlichkeit und Professionalität: blitzschnelle Antworten auf alle Fragen und Bereitstellung von allem, was für eine reibungslose Motorradreise erforderlich ist (Topcase, Tankrucksack usw.) und natürlich das Motorrad selbst: sauber, glänzend und technisch einwandfrei. Aber leider konnte ich das Motorrad nicht in demselben hervorragenden Zustand zurückgeben, in dem ich es erhalten habe: bei einer unangenehmen Kurve und meinem idiotischen Fehler bin ich gegen eine Leitplanke geprallt und mit dem Motorrad gestürzt... Jeder hat Angst vor dieser Situation : Beschädigung des gemieteten Farzeug. Die Menschen erwarten, und oft haben sie auch lebenserfahrene Gründe dafür, dass Reparaturen in Beträgen bezahlt werden, die dem Geschehen nicht angemessen sind. Aber nicht mit Canary Ride! Ich war schockiert, als ich die Rechnung sah: sie war mindestens dreimal weniger, als ich erwartet hatte! Das Team von Canary Ride hat wirklich alles gemacht, damit ich weniger für meinen Fehler bezahlen musste! Sie bestellten, zum Beispiel, einige Ersatzteile in Japan, weil dort waren sie deutlich günstiger. Großer Respekt und vielen Dank für diese Einstellung gegenüber den Kunden! Like all the bikes available it was in excellent condition and I was confident it was serviced and ready for the road. I also hired jacket, jeans and boots, either Alpine Stars or Dianese so I knew they were good quality too. The traffic was busy in the built up areas but almost traffic free in the countryside. Excellent road surfaces, amazing scenery and warm sunshine, what’s not to like. Počasí vyšlo na 100 % a místní zatáčky a silnice jsou jedny z nejlepších v Evropě na motorku vůbec. Můj tajný typ je půjčit si nějakou malorážku, jako jsem měl já, např. Honda CL 500. Firstly, the gentleman in the shop (David) was very professional and friendly. All information was clearly shown. All clothing was of very good quality. The bike was amazing. I ride an R 1200 GS at home, and the 1300 is definitely a step up. 215 km covered and back at the shop for 16:30.Perfect place to rent a bike and explore this beautiful island from the bike seat. Everyone was very helpful, booking system works smoothly and onboarding and return is question of minutes. The CB500X is great choice for all day riding, super comfy and in the twisties you don't really need much more power. I also managed to hit a nail with my rear tire on the way to return it. Sie kippte mir in Zeitlupe einfach um. Die Plastik-Seitenteile waren zerkratzt und ich sah meine Selbstbeteiligung dahinschmelzen, der Urlaub war gegessen. Ich hatte die Vollkaskoversicherung mit der wirklich minimalsten Selbstbeteiligung von 2000 Euro. Ich brachte sie zurück. Der coole schwedisch-deutsch-englisch sprechende Mitarbeiter sagte mir, dass er nicht an der Reparatur verdienen wolle. Aber er müsse alle Teile bei BMW anfragen und eine Rechnung erstellen lassen. Klar, das war eine nagelneue BMW, aber ich weiß auch dass die BMW Teile vergoldet sind. Er sagte, den Mietausfall würde er nicht berechnen lassen. Und ich dachte nur, der Typ wird bestimmt alles in Rechnung stellen. Heute bekam ich eine detaillierte Rechnung über 268 Euro. Leute die Typen sind fair !!! Some good advice on the best roads to explore on Gran Canaria.When my family was planning a holiday to Tenerife, it was clear that we had to take a motorbike tour of the island. But where do I rent a motorbike? Canary Ride, of course. We had 4 amazing days on three different motorbikes. I tried the brand new Honda CL500, then the Ducati Scrambler Icon Dark and finally the Ducati Multistrada V2S together with my wife. All machines were in 100% condition. We got tips from the nice and friendly staff on which places to visit and roads to ride. The island of Tenerife is beautiful and the motorbike from Canary Ride especially. Ich werde in den nächsten Jahren wieder dort mieten und die Kurven Teneriffas genießen!I had a really great experience with Canary Ride in Gran Canaria, especially as a motorcycle enthusiast. I rented an XSR900, and since I own an MT-09 back home, I had a very solid point of comparison, they’re essentially very similar bikes in terms of platform and feel. All the motorcycles are in excellent condition and very well maintained across all categories, which gives you confidence right from the start. The team is highly technical and professional, you can tell they really know what they’re doing and pay attention to details. A big plus is the rental process itself: the online check-in makes everything very fast and efficient, saving valuable time. Also, the deposit was returned instantly, without any hassle, which is always a major advantage. The only minor downside I would mention is related to the helmets—not their quality, as they are very good, but the fact that they don’t come with pinlock. Given that it’s an island where weather conditions can change quickly (humidity, rain, temperature differences), the visor tends to fog up. Other than that, everything was absolutely great, and I would definitely recommend the experience!Super domluva a potom skvělé zážitky na dvou kolech. Vřele doporučuji.Motorbike ride around Gran Canaria With the UK winter months fast approaching I was looking for an experience where I could ride a motorbike in great weather, with amazing scenery and have a memory that I could relive time and time again. Canary ride delivered on this. I had only been riding for 4-5 months but wanted to go on a riding tour in a better climate that the UK was offering in November 2023. Canary Ride do provide tours of Gran Canaria and Tenerife but none were scheduled during the window of time I wanted to go (10-14 November), however they advised that I could still hire a motorbike through them and as part of a package deal they would also book the hotel which made things easier. They answered my many questions and I was able to book a Honda CL500 Scrambler (there is quite a wide fleet of bikes available but this seemed quite a fun option) and a stay at the Livvo Lumm Hotel, Las Palmas, Gran Canaria. The hotel was positioned well and within easy walk of the beach, bars and restaurants. The room was quite big and there was plenty to eat for breakfast. On an evening there is a hotel bar on the roof terrace. After spending the first afternoon settling into the hotel and walking around Las Palmas I arrived to pick up my bike at 9am. The set up is professional and all the bikes looked good and well taken care of. Whilst I didn't note the mileage on my bike it looked new - I understand it wasn't as I was advised it had just had new tyres fitted. The bike came with an adjustable phone holder that could charge the phone at the same time and I was also offered a SW Motech tank bag too which proved very useful. Canary Ride had provided in advance proposed routes for my 3 days of riding which gave a good perspective on the different climates you can experience. From the northern slightly cooler areas with lush pine trees, up to Pico de Nieves (highest point on the island - where some trees even had Autumn colouring), to the dustier, hotter climate of the south of the island. Although I had holidayed in Meloneras previously I hadn't experienced the breadth of views the island offers and it truly can be beautiful. NB temperatures in November are still warm - at one point I noticed it was 29C at 1600hrs! The routes offered had been planned into my Beeline Moto Mobile SatNav App and I pretty much stuck to them for the first 2 days, the final day I focused on one location I wanted to visit. The routes provided a good experience of what the island has to offer. I was very sad to say goodbye to the scrambler on my last day - not only missing the bike (which was genuinely fun to ride) but also knowing I was having to say goodbye to touring this island. I could quite easily have stayed for a week and still have enjoyed exploring new roads and sites each day. Canary Ride are a great team - friendly, helpful and really striving to make their customers experience amazing. They excelled in this. I absolutely loved this holiday, and can honestly say it was one of the best ones I have had. I certainly would (and am) considering riding with them again, either in Gran Canaria or potentially Tenerife and would happily recommend this location / company to anyone. As an aside, for anyone that is a relatively new rider, as I was, and who is considering riding in Gran Canaria I would recommend you look at the online maps e.g. Google Maps to see the types of roads available. For the majority the surface is pretty good, much better than in the UK, and even the roads that are more worn are easier to ride on (again if you can ride on the UK roads you can ride on these). The challenge, and the fun, comes from the all the twisties, some of which are round blind u-turns / bends, some of which are whilst you are ascending steep roads and some involve turning left into a blind corner around a mountain whilst at your right is a steep drop (hundreds of metres). You will come back from this holiday with much improved cornering skills but sometimes it can be a bit daunting (especially if like me you hadn't realised the time and ended up coming down from the mountains after night fall). For me this was part of the challenge I was looking forward to and loved. Riding solo was actually probably a better experience because although I couldn't share the experience with anyone it did mean I could ride for me e.g. if I wanted to stop to take a beautiful photo I could, if I felt the road was challenging I could ride at a speed I was more comfortable with. In summary this was one of the best holidays I have had and without a doubt was the best riding / roads I had been on. Canary Ride was a great company to do this with and I would recommend them to anyone.Première fois que je découvrais une destination à moto et c'était top ! Ondrejs carm fashion and know abouts made a stormy an rainful start of tour, to a fun sunchase guided tour, where we ended places even new to Ondrej. Pure fun.
